RMG Executive Director Tornike Lipartia took part in the 8th international scientific-practical conference organized by the Technical University of Georgia, the Mineralogical Society of Georgia, the Grigol Tsulukidze Mining Institute, the Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology.
On October 20-21, within the framework of the two-day conference, 26 speakers presented their reports. Among the discussed topics, special attention was paid to: assessment of current problems of mining and geology and ways of solving them, the role of mineral resources in the development of the country’s economy, environmental measures and others.
Conference participants and other interested persons will also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with 16 stand reports prepared within the framework of the conference, which will be published in the form of a presentation on the website of the Mineralogical Society of Georgia http://www.msgeorgia2012.com/ .
Since 2018, RMG has been the general sponsor of the international scientific-practical conference. In his speech at the conference, Tornike Lipartia emphasized the importance of long-term cooperation between the company and the university and wished success to all participants.
