It\u2019s important to have a space and platform, where academia members, science circle, industry specialists and students can gather and discuss the issues of the fields, think about the new ways for development, and share about the latest scientific and technical achievements\u201d \u2013 Joni Shubitidze, RMG\u2019s Executive Director, member of scientific conference committee.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>RMG has been actively cooperating with the Georgian Technical University for several years already, supporting various initiatives of the university, and implementing student programs for the GTU students. It should be noted, that as a result of this partnership, the number of applicants interested in the Faculty of Mining and Geology of GTU increases regularly from year-to-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Mining and geological specialists and the private sector openly talk about the lack of specialists, which is one of the biggest problem for us. However, the number of applicants enrolled in the mining and geological faculty through the National Examinations within 2024\/2025 academic year, allows us to say that very soon this problem will be solved and the field will have highly qualified personnel. Together with RMG, we achieved this step by step. Our students also undergo practice in RMG\u2019s enterprise and some are even successfully employed in the company. On behalf of the university, we thank the partners of the university for their support&#8221; &#8211; Professor Tamar Lominadze.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The topics of the 10th conference of mineralogists related to the consistent study of natural resources of Georgia, classification of mineral resources, water resources and implementation of precise environmental measures.
