RMG Summer School is preparing to receive the most interested, eager and development-oriented young people of the Faculty of Mining and Geology of the Technical University of Georgia.
The project will traditionally be held in the period of August-September, and it provides one-month paid practice in enterprises for the 40 best students selected as a result of the competition.
“The goal of the project is to find motivated young people interested in mining, share the best practical experience with them and promote employment in the future.
RMG is implementing the summer school project for the fourth time this year, since 2018, about 100 students have already participated in it. 20 of them are already members of the company’s team, and 15 are undergoing long-term internships in the company.
“At the summer school in RMG, students will have the opportunity to see with their own eyes and be practically involved in the company’s production processes for a month. For each project participant who passes a preliminary interview and satisfies the required criteria, the company offers a paid internship, on-site housing and all the necessary personal protection, and most importantly, a unique experience that students will receive on site.Giorgi Chkheidze, Deputy Executive Director for personnel issues.
