“Hilton” hotel hosted the Green Business Forum 2022 organized by media holding The FINANCIAL, where companies, governmental and non-governmental sector representatives spoke about the importance of green economy and sustainable development.
Green Business Forum is a presentation event, the purpose of which is to present the environmental policy of companies and to discuss the perspectives of Georgia in the direction of green economy and sustainable development.
At the event, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, Solomon Pavliashvili, Chairman of the Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Committee, Maya Bitadze, and representatives of various private and public sectors spoke about the importance of green economy and sustainable development.
RMG , the general sponsor of the 6th in a row and was also the official presenter of Bolnisi wines at the event. The deputy director of the company for environmental issues, Aleksandre Devidze, presented to the public all the important projects that the company implements in the environmental direction.
,, RMG is participating in the Green Business Forum for the second time. We presented about 100 environmental measures and their results to the attending public in 2017-2022. We introduced the future plans of the company’s environmental direction to the participants of the forum – the updated document of the environmental policy, which will help the company to conduct its activities in accordance with the sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
